My Favorite Tortilla Soup

Tortilla Soup is something I always, ALWAYS crave!  Warm chickeny broth with a hint of lime……lots of chicken…….chunks of avocado……and crunchy tortilla strips! As Ina always says, what’s not to LOVE?  This is “the recipe” I go to year round when I’m craving that wonderful comfort food. In fact, Spring and Summer are the times I most crave this soup. Southwest Salad

This is a delicious, I mean, really delicious salad.  It’s made from very simple, humble ingredients that are all easily accessible. Who doesn’t love that? Nothing too expensive or exotic that you have to run all over town hunting for.  A few simple ingredients that come together in a really delicious way. White Chicken Chili

I love chili. It’s one of those perfect meals in my opinion. Chicken Chili is a wonderful version of chili. So with the blustery weather we’ve been having I thought this would be the perfect dinner to warm the soul and chase the chill. It certainly was.
