Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar shredded
  • 8 ounces mozzarella shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup beer

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Spread mixture in prepared baking dish.  Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and hot through the center, about 30-40 minutes. Cover top with aluminum foil during cooking if top begins to get to brown.
