Ingredients
1/2CupWhole Milk Ricotta
2TeaspoonsWorcestershire Sauce
2TeaspoonsDijon Mustard
1/2TeaspoonSalt
1/4TeaspoonBlack Pepper
20OuncePackage Ground Turkey
Instructions
In a bowl large enough to hold all the ingredients, mix together the first 5 ingredients until well combined. Add ground turkey to the bowl and mix everything together until evenly combined. Divide turkey mixture into 4 balls and flatten into patties about 1 inch thick.
Preheat an already cleaned gas grill by turning on all the burners and closing the lid for 15 minutes. Oil the grates. Lay the turkey patties on the preheated grill, burners on high, for about 5 minutes or until patties are well seared on one side and cooked about halfway through. Flip patties and reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook another 5-7 minute or until the second half is nicely seared and patties are cooked through. Remove patties to a clean plate and loosely tent with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.,
