Ingredients
Brownies:
1 1/4cupsall-purpose flour
3/4cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1tablespooncornstarch
pinchsalt
1 1/2sticksbuttermelt
2/3cupbrown sugarpacked
1cupsugar
3tablespoonswhole milk
2teaspoonvanilla extract
2large eggs
Chocolate Ganache
1 1/2cupssemisweet chocolate chips
1/2cupheavy cream

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X13 inch baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, using a handheld electric mixer beat butter, and both sugars until well combined. Add milk and vanilla and beat until combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating until just incorporated. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool pan on a baking rack.
Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate ganache. Place chocolate chips and the heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Whisk together until the mixture is completely smooth.
