Peanut Butter Base:
1cupbutterMelted
2cupsgraham cracker crumbs
2cupsconfectioner's sugar
1cuppeanut butter
Topping:
1 1/2cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
4tablespoonspeanut butter
Instructions
Line a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil, allowing 2-3 inches to extend over long sides. Spray generously with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix together the butter, graham cracker crumbs, confectioner's sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until evenly combined. Cool in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm.
Meanwhile, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter in a double boiler or in the microwave. Spread over cooled peanut butter base. Refrigerate until firm. 2-4 hours. Cut into bars and enjoy.
