Ham Salad Recipe

My ham salad is the best thing you can make with leftover ham! Serve it on Hawaiian rolls or on buttery crackers. This one is a must-try!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ham cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup red onion minced
  • 1/2 cup celery minced
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Creole mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Pulse ham (1 pound) in a food processor until, finely chopped.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese (8 ounces), red onion (1/4 cup), celery (1/2 cup), relish (1 tablespoon), Creole mustard (1 tablespoon), and black pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Fold in ham. Adjust seasoning and serve.
