- 1 Pound Ham Cut into 2 Inch Cubes
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese Softened
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion Minced
- 1/2 Cup Celery Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 Tablespoon Creole Mustard
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Pulse ham in a food processor until, finely chopped.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, red onion, celery, relish, Creole mustard and black pepper. Fold in ham. Adjust seasoning and serve.
