Ingredients

  • 2 bags Ghiradelli milk chocolate melting wafers
  • powder sugar as needed
  • 1 package chocolate fondant
  • 1 box rice Krispies unwrapped
  • 1 bag M&M's red picked out
  • 1 package large edible eyes

Instructions

  • Line baking sheet with parchment; set aside.
  • Melt both bags of chocolate in a double broiler.
  • Sprinkle a little powder sugar on a cutting board and work the fondant until softened. Roll the fondant out to 3/8 inch thick. Using a mini leaf cookie cutter, cut out 16 leaves for the antlers; set aside.
  • Dip the rice Krispie treats into melted chocolate, then, using a fork, flip it over to completely cover. Gently tap off excess chocolate. Place chocolate covered rice Krispie treats on a lined baking sheet.
  • Place 2 eyes where eyes belong, then place a red M&M below eyes for the nose. Place a fondant leaf in each top corner for antlers. Allow chocolate to harden before serving.
