Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Spray a 9 X 13 with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the soup (2 cans), sour cream (1 cup), milk (1/2 cup), Worcestershire sauce (2 teaspoons), lemon juice (1 tablespoon), bacon (6-8 slices), ranch dressing mix (1 package), and black pepper (1/2 teaspoon) until thoroughly combined. Stir in the chicken (3 cups). Transfer into the prepared baking dish. Top with tater tots (32 ounces) then cheese (1 1/2 cups).
Cover the casserole and bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes or until heated through and golden.
