Freeze Rose (1 bottle) in ice cube trays overnight.
In a blender, add ice (1 cup), frozen strawberries (20 ounces), water (1/2 cup), lemon vodka (1/4-1/2 cup), Chambord (2 tablespoons), and sugar (2-4 tablespoons). Blend just until the mixture has reduced enough to accommodate the cubes of Rose. Add the Rose and blend until completely smooth. Pour into individual glasses and serve.
