Ingredients

  • butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick® mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Butter a skillet or griddle. Heat over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375°F. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
  • Stir together Bisquick. milk, and eggs. Don't over mix, there should be lumps in the batter.
  • Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot skillet. Leave room between pancakes for spreading.
  • Cook until edges are dry and there are bubbles coming through the top and the bottom is nicely golden. Turn; cook until golden.
  • Turn the pancakes and cook for 1-2 minutes more until the other side is nicely golden.
