Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons, (plus extra for greasing pan) butter, divided melted
  • 3 large apples, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/4  cups Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter (6 tablespoons).
  • In a large bowl, gently toss the apples (3), brown sugar (1 cup), cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), and nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon) until evenly combined. Add the mixture to the prepared baking dish.

  • In a medium bowl, mix the Bisquick (1 ¼ cups), granulated sugar (1 tablespoon), milk (2/3 cup), and melted butter until combined. The dough will be soft.
