In the bowl of a food processor, add an entire bag of Oreos and process until they're small crumbs.
Reserve 1/2 cup of Oreo crumbs in a small bowl and set aside (these will be used as a garnish. Add the melted butter to the food processor and pulse a few times until combined.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Place in the fridge while you make the next layer.
Place the cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl, then using an electric mixer, beat until fluffy. Add confectioners' sugar and beat until combined.
Fold in 1 container of whipped topping. Spread over Oreo crust.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth and it begins to thicken.
Spread over the cream cheese layer. Place in the fridge until firm.
Top the chocolate layer (when firm) with the remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs over top. Serve.
