Ingredients

  • 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs, at room temperature and slightly beaten

Instructions

  • Set the oven rack to the middle position. Heat oven to 350°F (177°C). Spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
