These spaghetti tacos are an easy, super fun dinner, your family will love. It is made with homemade spaghetti, loads of ground beef, taco, and lotsa cheese.
Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Drizzle a little oil in a 12-inch skillet. Cook ground beef (1 pound) and onion (1/2 cup) over medium heat until there is no longer any pink in the beef. Drain off any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning (1 envelope), Italian seasoning (2 teaspoons), Parmesan (1/2 cup), spaghetti sauce (1/2 jar), and water (1/2 cup). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
Remove pan from heat and stir in 1 1/2 cup pepper jack and cooked spaghetti (8 ounces).
Place the taco shells (12) in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add the spaghetti mixture into the taco shells.
Top each taco with about 1 tablespoon of pepper jack cheese.
Place the dish in the oven and bake the tacos until the cheese on top is completely melted or for 4-6 minutes.
