Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk, well shaken
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Add flour (2 1/2 cups), baking powder (4 teaspoons), sugar (4 teaspoons), and salt (1 1/2 teaspoons) in a medium bowl until evenly combined.
