Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 4-5 (1 ½ - 2 pounds) thin cut chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a small mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
  • Lay chicken breast in a single layer on a parchment-lined, rimmed baking sheet. Top each breast with an even amount of mayo/cheese mixture. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is cooked through, about 17-20 minutes (depending on the thickness).
