2bags Ghiradelli milk chocolate melting wafers
powder sugaras needed
1package chocolate fondant
1box rice Krispiesunwrapped
1bag M&M'sred picked out
1packagelarge edible eyes
Instructions
Line baking sheet with parchment; set aside.
Melt both bags of chocolate in a double broiler.
Sprinkle a little powder sugar on a cutting board and work the fondant until softened. Roll the fondant out to 3/8 inch thick. Using a mini leaf cookie cutter, cut out 16 leaves for the antlers; set aside.
Dip the rice Krispie treats into melted chocolate, then, using a fork, flip it over to completely cover. Gently tap off excess chocolate. Place chocolate covered rice Krispie treats on a lined baking sheet.
Place 2 eyes where eyes belong, then place a red M&M below eyes for the nose. Place a fondant leaf in each top corner for antlers. Allow chocolate to harden before serving.
