Roasted Broccoli

Roasted Broccoli is easy to make, good for you, and only uses 2 ingredients + salt & pepper! You'll want to add this to your weekly dinner rotation!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 cups broccoli florets
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC).
  • On a rimmed baking sheet (half sheet size works well), drizzle olive oil (2 tablespoons). Spread broccoli (8 cups) out on top of olive oil. With your hands turn broccoli a couple of times to coat with olive oil. Arrange broccoli in a single layer. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
  • Roast broccoli in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until broccoli is cooked to desired tenderness and is caramelized on the side touching the pan.
