1/2 TeaspoonCoriander
1/2TeaspoonsGarlic Powder
1PoundGround Turkey
8 OuncesTomato Sauce
1 1/2 TeaspoonsApple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2TeaspoonsBrown Sugar
2 TeaspoonsSalt
1/4TeaspoonsBlack Pepper

Instructions
Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, until it shimmers. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until it begins to brown, 3-5 minutes. Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano, coriander and garlic powder and continue to cook, stirring often, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the turkey to the skillet and continue to cook, until its still slightly pink, about 2 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper and cook until the sauce thickens about 4 minutes. Adjust seasonings. Add more salt and pepper as needed.
Serve with prepared tortillas and your favorite toppings.
