Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1-2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Shallot
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • In a jar with a tightly fitting lid, add all ingredients and shake vigorously to combine, or add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined. Any leftovers can be kept in the fridge for 1 week.
