  • 12 slices bacon chopped, cooked, drained on a paper towel-lined plate
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup onion diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 10-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  • In this order, sprinkle the bacon, cheese, and onion evenly in the pie plate.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add Bisquick and whisk until mixture is smooth. Pour egg mixture into pie plate.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes. If quiche top browns too quickly, loosely cover with aluminum foil.
