1cupSwiss cheeseshredded
1/3cuponiondiced
2cupsmilk
1cupBisquick
4largeeggs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 10-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In this order, sprinkle the bacon, cheese, and onion evenly in the pie plate.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add Bisquick and whisk until mixture is smooth. Pour egg mixture into pie plate.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes. If quiche top browns too quickly, loosely cover with aluminum foil.
