Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pizza dough store-bought, room temperature
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 medium white onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil (1 tablespoon).
  • Place the pizza dough (1) on the baking sheet and stretch carefully with your fingers until it reaches the edges.

  • In a bowl, mix chicken (2 cups), BBQ sauce (1 cup), smoked paprika (1 teaspoon), and garlic (1 teaspoon) together. Spread evenly on the pizza dough.

  • Sprinkle ½ of the cheese then onion (1) the cheese again. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Remove and serve with fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons), more BBQ sauce, and red pepper flakes (optional) if you prefer.
