This recipe comes to me from my very dear friend Craig. He is an absolutely amazing cook and when he likes a recipe, I know it’s something I MUST try!!!! This recipe is, without a doubt, no exception! It is the most delicious Salmon dish I’ve had in a very long time. It’s pretty easy to put together and it’s something my whole family loved. I cooked the salmon stove top in a skillet but it would be wonderful grilled as well. I hope you give it a try and please let me know what you think. A HUGE thank you to Craig for this amazing recipe!!!

Can I leave out the olives, or substitute something for them???
This looks so delicious. Did we have this at the graduation party? It says 1/4 honey. Is that 1/4 cup?

We love salmon and eat it regularly. I am going to try this one later in the week. Thanks for sharing (and Craig too!).
I'm loving the briny flavor of the olives used in this.

Truly amazing photos with mouthwatering dishes…fallen in love! 😀
Sounds wonderful Kathleen, I will share this with my mom – she and my dad enjoy Salmon often – Grumpy won't eat it so I don't cook it at home…but sure wish he would give it a try!

Love that glaze, Kathleen. Does Nick have any more recipes?? 🙂
This looks like a fantastic recipe, Kathleen. The glaze and veggies that go with it really kick it up a notch. Next time I prepare salmon this is the recipe I will use.

WOW looks fantastic! Delicious for summer.
I think it's great that you have friends who love to cook. None of mine really care about cooking at all, which is a real bummer. I love the briney olives with the sweet raisins and think this would make a lovely meal. Sure looks wonderful!
