This Bisquick pizza crust is crazy easy to make and only requires 2 ingredients (plus hot water!). Pizza night has never been so easy, economical, & yummy!
Mix together Bisquick (1 2/3 cups) and water (1/2 cup), in a medium bowl, with a wooden spoon.
Drizzle the top of the dough with a little bit of olive oil and cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and allow the dough to rise. Place in a warm place for about 5 minutes.
Lightly flour a work surface and roll out pizza dough into a 12 inch diameter and transfer to a pizza pan or pizza stone.
Top uncooked pizza crust with prepared pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice.
Bake in preheated oven for 11-14 minutes (mine took 12 minutes) or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
