This Bisquick pizza crust is crazy easy to make. It only requires 2 ingredients (plus hot water!). Pizza night has never been so easy, economical, and delicious! Skip the take out and make this instead. It will bake up in just 10 minutes and you’ll have a pipping hot pizza straight from you own oven.

Biscuit Pizza Dough Ingredients
- Bisquick: I use the regular original Bisquick Pancake and Baking Mix.
- Very Hot Water
- Olive Oil: I use olive oil but any neutral flavored vegetable oil will work.

Yes, you can easily make this pizza crust gluten-free. Simply switch out the regular Bisquick baking mix with Bisquick Gluten Free baking mix.

- How Long Can You Keep This In The Fridge? Any pizza leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days.
- Can You Freeze This? Wrap the individual slices with cling wrap and place them in a Ziploc bag or in a freezer-safe container. Leftovers can be stored in the freezer for 1-2 months

How Do You Make Bisquick Pizza Dough
- Mix together Bisquick and water. Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and allow it to rise.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza pan.
- Add toppings and bake.

Bisquick Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup hot water
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C)
- Mix together Bisquick (1 2/3 cups) and water (1/2 cup), in a medium bowl, with a wooden spoon.
- Drizzle the top of the dough with a little bit of olive oil and cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and allow the dough to rise. Place in a warm place for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly flour a work surface and roll out pizza dough into a 12 inch diameter and transfer to a pizza pan or pizza stone.
- Top uncooked pizza crust with prepared pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice.
- Bake in preheated oven for 11-14 minutes (mine took 12 minutes) or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
