This sheet pan BBQ chicken pizza is my version of the CPK classic. A crispy pizza crust, lotsa cheese, and tender chicken, with the sweetness of hickory barbecue sauce. Rotisserie chicken and store-bought pizza dough make it a snap to make.
Pizza night is a big thing at our house and this sheet pan pizza is in our regular rotation. No need to order a delivery pizza that gets to your house barely warm, you can make this recipe in the time it takes to order and wait for delivery.

Do it your way! You can make your own homemade pizza dough recipe or use pre-made pizza dough from the deli section at your supermarket.
