This air fryer meatloaf is deliciously tender and juicy on the inside and has a sweet tomato glaze on the exterior. No need to bake it in the oven!

Ingredients

Meatloaf:

  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped to 1/4 inch
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound ground beef

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Meatloaf:

  • In a large mixing bowl soak the soft bread (1/2 cup) and milk (1/4 cup) until it makes a paste.
