Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 (16-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) can whole corn kernels, drained

Topping:

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Serve With:

  • shredded lettuce

  • green onions
  • chopped olives, drained
