Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10.5 ounces) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (8 ounce) package, about 2 cups Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in baking dish. Top chicken with an even layer of cheese then zucchini.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together soup, wine, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over the top of zucchini.
  • Sprinkle stuffing mix over sauce then drizzle with butter.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes or until an instant read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken registers 165 degrees.
