- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 (10.5 ounces) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (8 ounce) package, about 2 cups Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in baking dish. Top chicken with an even layer of cheese then zucchini.
In a mixing bowl, stir together soup, wine, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over the top of zucchini.
Sprinkle stuffing mix over sauce then drizzle with butter.
Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes or until an instant read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken registers 165 degrees.
