Ingredients

  • 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 8 ounces (1 block) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • fresh fruit such as strawberries, apples, peaches, kiwis, bananas, etc.

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add marshmallow cream (7 ounces), softened cream cheese (8 ounces), and vanilla (1 teaspoon).

  • Using a handheld electric mixer, on medium speed, beat until smooth and fluffy.

Notes

  1. Make It Quick! This marshmallow fruit dip comes together in minutes and can be served right away. 
  2. Variations: Use flavored cream cheese such as strawberry; add orange, lemon, or pineapple juice for added flavor. The juice also loosens up the dip if you find it too thick. 
  3. Super soft please! The cream cheese should be very soft and at room temperature before mixing.
  4. Room Temp For Serving! The dip can be chilled before serving but can be served at room temperature as well.
