Preheat oven to 425°F (218ºC). Place in the oven rack in the middle of the oven cavity. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In a 12-inch skillet cook diced bacon (1/2 pound), over medium heat, until crispy, Remove cooked bacon with a slotted spoon to a paper towel-lined plate. Remove all but a tablespoon of bacon grease, store or discard.
Add beef (1 pound), onion (1 cup), garlic (1 tablespoon), Cajun seasoning (1 teaspoon), black pepper (1/4 teaspoon), and Worcestershire sauce (1 tablespoon) to the skillet and continue to cook, over medium heat, until there's no longer any pink in the beef. Remove any excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl stir together bacon and ground beef mixture, until evenly combined.
Pop open pizza dough (1 tube) and roll out, on a lightly floured surface, into a 15X10 inch rectangle.
Spread the meat mixture in an even layer on top of the dough, leaving a one-inch border on 3 sides.
Sprinkle the top of of meat mixture with Velveeta cubes (8 ounces) and mozzarella (1 1/2 cups).
Starting with the long side of the dough, roll up jelly-roll style. Pinch the edges together to seal.
Place the seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow the bread to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
