1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, with the juice 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whipped, thawed 2 cups mini marshmallows 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine instant pudding (1 box) and canned pineapple with juice (1 can) until well combined.
Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in Cool Whip (1 container), mini marshmallows (2 cups), coconut (1 cup), and pecans (1/2 cup).
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill, in fridge, 1-2 hours before serving.
Dishes For Serving: You can serve Pineapple Fluff in individual dessert cups or in a large salad bowl.
