Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, with the juice
  • 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whipped, thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine instant pudding (1 box) and canned pineapple with juice (1 can) until well combined.
  • Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in Cool Whip (1 container), mini marshmallows (2 cups), coconut (1 cup), and pecans (1/2 cup).
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill, in fridge, 1-2 hours before serving.
