  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper


  • Rinse off your green beans (1 pound) and cut off the stems.

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add your green beans and drizzle olive oil (1 tbsp) over. Then, sprinkle sea salt (1 teaspoon), onion powder (1 teaspoon), garlic powder (1 teaspoon), and ground pepper (1 teaspoon) on top. You can use a pastry brush to spread the olive oil evenly over the green beans, or you can also use an olive oil spray.
