This red wine vinaigrette dressing is versatile: Drizzle it on a crisp salad, pasta salad, quinoa salad, dress your hoagies or sub sandwiches, marinate chicken, shrimp, and fish, and roast veggies. It turns plain old romaine or baby spinach into something special!
