Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies,  undrained
  • 12 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  • In a 12-inch skillet, over medium heat, brown and crumble sausage (1 pound) until there is no pink left. Drain and discard excess grease.

Notes

  1. Use undrained Rotel. The juice from the tomatoes helps melt the cream cheese smoothly and gives the dip its perfect scoopable texture.

  3. Soften the cream cheese if you can. Let it sit at room temp for 20–30 minutes to help it melt faster and creamier.
