In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs (3) until light and fluffy. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese (3 tablespoons), and black pepper (1/2 teaspoon). Pour 3/4 of the egg mixture over the layered meats and cheeses.
Pop open the remaining tube of crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Lay over the meats and cheeses, pinching perforations to seal. Evenly brush the remaining egg mixture over the top of the crescent roll top. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake until dough is fluffy and golden brown, another 10 to 20 minutes. Cut into squares; serve warm, or at room temperature.
