This Bisquick blueberry cobbler will knock your socks off. It has a perfect cakey topping made with Bisquick and a filling made with fresh blueberries!
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter.
In a large bowl, gently toss the blueberries and 1/2 cup sugar until the blueberries are fully evenly coated. Add the blueberries to the prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix the Bisquick, remaining (1 tablespoon) sugar, milk, and melted butter until combined. The dough will be soft.
Evenly drop spoonfuls of the dough over the blueberries. Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping turns golden brown and the blueberry filling begins to bubble.
