Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons, (plus extra for greasing pan) butter melted
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar-divided
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter.
  • In a large bowl, gently toss the blueberries and 1/2 cup sugar until the blueberries are fully evenly coated. Add the blueberries to the prepared baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the Bisquick, remaining (1 tablespoon) sugar, milk, and melted butter until combined. The dough will be soft.
  • Evenly drop spoonfuls of the dough over the blueberries. Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping turns golden brown and the blueberry filling begins to bubble.
