Ingredients
1(8-ounce) packagecream cheese, at room temperature
In a large mixing bowl, using a hand-held electric mixer on medium speed, beat together cream cheese (8 ounces), sugar (1/2 cup), milk (1/4 cup), and instant vanilla pudding (1 box) until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Add pumpkin puree (1 can) and pumpkin pie spice (2 teaspoons) then beat until the mixture is well combined.
Using a large wooden spoon or rubber spatula, gently fold in whipped topping (8 ounces)
Pour into serving dish and serve.
Notes
Temperature is Important! This seems obvious, but make sure the cream cheese and whipped topping are fully thawed and at room temperature. Otherwise, the fluff will have little white lumps bits.
