Pumpkin Fluff

Pumpkin fluff is the perfect make-ahead treat! This dip has cream cheese, whipped topping, pumpkin puree, and spices. You will love it and so will your kids!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (15-ounce ) can pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, using a hand-held electric mixer on medium speed, beat together cream cheese (8 ounces), sugar (1/2 cup), milk (1/4 cup), and instant vanilla pudding (1 box) until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

  • Add pumpkin puree (1 can) and pumpkin pie spice (2 teaspoons) then beat until the mixture is well combined.

Notes

  1. Temperature is Important! This seems obvious, but make sure the cream cheese and whipped topping are fully thawed and at room temperature.  Otherwise, the fluff will have little white lumps bits.
  2. So Quick! This is so simple and takes just minutes to assemble.  No baking necessary!
