  • 1 Pound Ham Cut into 2 Inch Cubes
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion Minced
  • 1/2 Cup Celery Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 Tablespoon Creole Mustard
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper


  • Pulse ham in a food processor until, finely chopped.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, red onion, celery, relish, Creole mustard and black pepper.  Fold in ham. Adjust seasoning and serve.
