Turn your hotdogs into the star of the dinner show with my quick and easy hot dog chili. Chili dogs are an all-American classic that virtually everyone loves! They're quick and easy to make and you can feed a crowd with them!
In a large skillet or saucepan, add the ground beef (1 pound) and beef broth (1/3 cup) and mash, using a potato masher to break the beef up (you'll want really small pieces).
Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer until chili has thickened and beef is fully cooked for about 25-30 minutes.
Notes
Ground Beef: I like to use a blend of 8o/20 ground beef. I like the flavor this combo adds to the chili rather than a leaner combo like 90/10.
