Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can French onion soup
  • 1 (10-ounce) can beef broth
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  • Add rice (1 cup), French onion soup (1 can), and beef broth (1 can) to the baking dish and mix well.
