- 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can French onion soup
- 1 (10-ounce) can beef broth
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Add rice (1 cup), French onion soup (1 can), and beef broth (1 can) to the baking dish and mix well.
Arrange butter slices over top of the rice mixture.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, continue to bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve!
