Strawberry Fluff is a no-bake dessert made with Cool Whip, cream cheese, Jell-O, pineapple, and strawberries. It's the best make-ahead treat for hot summer nights
In a large mixing bowl, stir together Jello mix (3 ounces) and hot water (1 cup) until Jello is completely dissolved. Pour in the cold water (1/2 cup) and stir to combine then place in the fridge to cool, for about 15 minutes.
Remove the Jello from the fridge and pour in the vanilla pudding mix (dry) (5.1 ounces) and use a whisk to completely combine. Return the bowl to the fridge to thicken slightly, about 15 minutes.
In another medium bowl, using a handheld mixer, beat cream cheese (4 ounces) until fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip (8 ounces).
Fold in the cream cheese (4 ounces) and Cool Whip mixture, chopped strawberries (2 cups), crushed pineapple (20 ounces), mini marshmallows (5 ounces).
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or better, overnight. Serve from bowl or place in individual dishes. Garnish, if desired, with extra marshmallow, chopped or sliced strawberries, and a maraschino cherry.
Top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries and serve.
Notes
Make It Speedy! I used the speed set method to make the Jell-0. It’s so much faster and easier too. The back of the box has the instructions. This makes our strawberry fluff Jello salad easier and quicker than ever to make!
Combining: When you blend the Jello with the cream cheese + Cool Whip mixture together, it will never be completely combined. There will be beautiful tiny bits of Jell-o contrasting with the cream cheese mixture. It makes a lovely mosaic that will taste smooth and really yummy.
Save The Prettiest: Reserve a few of the prettiest strawberries to decorate later. You can use mint too.
