This Caesar Mayonnaise Dressing Makes A Delicious Thick, Creamy, Caesar dressing in a snap. All The Delicious Flavor Made With An Easy No-Fail Recipe!
I love Caesar salad. Who doesn’t? It’s light, refreshing, tangy, and let’s face it, altogether way delicious. While I enjoy it all year round, it seems even better when the weather warms up. This salad is composed of very few ingredients so it is imperative that each part is as delicious as possible. Making this salad taste like an epicurean home run requires very fresh romaine, fine quality Parmesan cheese, homemade seasoned croutons, and a wonderful dressing. I make a few different recipes of this dressing, but when I found this recipe, I thought I’d died and gone to heaven. It takes a little help from prepared mayonnaise and because of this, the dressing always comes out thick and creamy without having to worry about emulsifying the ingredients. It also is really quick to whip up. I bumped up the garlic and lemon juice and added some fresh cracked black pepper and now it’s just perfect for me. Next time you’re having a hankering for Caesar Salad give this recipe a try.

Recipes to partner with salad…
Great recipe. Thank you. My 8yr old son made it for us. We found 4 cloves of garlic a bit much, so new have knocked it back to 2. Too each their own.
Thanks again!
Grins, I knew I bought anchovy paste for a reason. Course Ole Sweetie-Pi spied it and has gotten all ooogly over it, so I'm going to have to wait and sneak it on him. I can't wait; yeah, I'm a little mean like that, hahahahah
As someone who always orders extra caesar dressing- this sounds delicious.
Mmm. I love caesar salad. I love that this has lots of raw garlic in it. My caesar dressing does too. This is a great blog you have here.
Great recommendation. Can't wait to give this a try. I use Vegenaise, which will still work beautifully!

I love Cesar Salad and LOVE your blog! I can't wait to try your recipes!
Love Caesar salad. I love it especially when it is a fresh made dressing and not bottled-Thanks for reminding us how easy this is to make and enjoy.
Thanks for sharing. I LOVE Ceasar dressing! My waistline, however, doesn't need it. YUM!
I love ceasar salad but, to my knowledge, I've never had anything with anchovy paste. What kind of flavor does this add to the salad? Is it fishy tasting?
Looks like a perfect salad and so delicious!
Perfect timing on this post! I'm doing the dollar a day grocery challenge, just got 6 heads of romaine for under $3. We're big fans of Caesar salads but usually buy expensive dressing! I already make my own croutons – add this recipe and now I'm all set! 🙂
This sounds really nummy and so simple.
This is one of my all time favourite salads, its an absolute classic. Beautifully done.

Hi Kathleen,
Thanks for stopping by to visit.
I love Caesar and this looks so much easier (and safer) than the raw egg yolk dressing that is traditional.
Great idea, thanks for sharing it!
I adore caesar salad!! Where in the grocery would you find anchovy paste? I've never made my own caesar, so I have no idea where to look.
