Oreo Delight Ingredients
- Oreos: Oreos come in different-sized packages. Grab the 14.3-ounce package for this recipe.
- Butter: You can use salted or unsalted.
- Cream Cheese: Use regular cream cheese, not the lower-fat version.
- Confectioners’ Sugar: A.K.A powdered sugar.
- Frozen Whipped Topping: Be sure to thaw in the fridge overnight for best results.
- Chocolate Pudding Mix: Make sure you get instant pudding.
- Milk: I use whole milk for the richest results.

What Are The Easiest Ways To Crush Oreos
The easiest way to crush Oreos is to pulse them in a food processor. Use 1-2 second pulses and continue until you achieve the desired size.
If you don’t have a food processor, you can place the Oreos in a 1-gallon resealable bag, place the ziplock on a dish towel, and use a rolling pin to crush them.

What Can I Use Instead Of Cool Whip?
You can substitute the frozen whipped topping (a.k.a. Cool Whip), with an equal amount of homemade sweetened whipped cream.
Storing + Freezing + Make-Ahead
- How Long Can You Keep This In The Fridge? Cover tightly with plastic wrap and store for 4-5 days
- Can You Freeze This? Yes! Freezing this Oreo delight is a great way to get a chilly summer treat. Slice your dessert, store them individually, and freeze them for up to three months. Then just grab one out of the freezer and eat, no thawing needed!
- Make-Ahead Tips: Since this recipe needs to be set, it comes with make-ahead time built in. Letting it set for at least four hours is best; even better overnight!
