It really is quite something….. when you throw together 3 simple ingredients…… and you produce something that’s not only edible but is actually is delicious! Frankly, it hardly seems possible but it actually….honestly….is. This recipe makes a melt in your mouth, tender, really tastey Pesto chicken. I served it with mashed potatoes and brown sugar glazed carrots. Yum! Yum! Yum!
- Yield : Serves 4
1. Place Chicken Thighs in Crock Pot. Pour pesto over thighs and sprinkle evenly with ranch mix. Gently mix all ingredients.
2. Set Crock Pot on high and cook for 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
