These spooky-cute Halloween Deviled Eggs are a total showstopper for your Halloween spread! The black-cracked shells give them a perfectly eerie look, while the creamy orange filling turns each one into an adorable mini pumpkin — complete with a green jimmy “stem.”
They’re not just cute though — they’re delicious! The filling is creamy and flavorful with Dijon, paprika, and a hint of Cajun seasoning for just the right kick. Best of all, you can make them ahead of time, so they’re party-ready whenever you are.
🧡 Whether you’re hosting a Halloween party or just want a little festive fun at home, these eggs bring plenty of flavor and flair to the table.
Before You Begin
✨ Use cold eggs for cracking so the shells shatter beautifully when tapped.
✨ Add just a few drops of black food coloring to the water — too much can darken the whites.
✨ Chill the eggs for two hours to let that marbled design set fully.
✨ Use gel food coloring for brighter, more vibrant orange yolks.
✨ Dry the egg whites on a paper towel before piping for neat presentation.
