It’s cocktail time!
Why This Recipe Works
-
Crisp apple flavor – a blend of sour apple liqueur and apple syrup makes it bright and tart.
-
Perfectly balanced – sweet, sour, and strong, all in one sip.
-
Party-ready – easy to batch shake for friends, but elegant enough for date night.
-
Customizable – adjust sweetness with more or less syrup to suit your taste.
✨ Before You Start
✨ Chill the glass: Pop your martini glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes so your drink stays icy cold.
✨ Use fresh ice: Old freezer ice can taste stale. Fresh cubes = a cleaner cocktail.
✨ Shake, don’t stir: The vigorous shake with ice not only chills the drink but also creates that smooth, velvety texture.
✨ Get the garnish right: A thin apple slice or a twist of lemon peel makes this martini look extra fancy.
✨ Syrup swap: If you can’t find Monin Granny Smith syrup, a regular apple simple syrup works too.
Apple Martini Ingredients
- Vodka – smooth and clean, the backbone of this cocktail.
- Sour apple liqueur – adds that tart, candy-apple punch.
- Monin Granny Smith syrup – deepens the fresh apple flavor with just enough sweetness.
- Sugar rim – optional, but makes every sip sparkle.
Let’s mix these UP!!

Storing + Freezing + Make-Ahead Tips
Storing
- This cocktail is best enjoyed fresh, but you can store the mixed liquid (without ice) in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Freezing
- You can freeze the mixture in ice cube trays for later shaking—handy if you want a quick, ready-to-go cocktail.
Make-Ahead
- Mix the vodka, apple liqueur, and syrup in a pitcher a few hours ahead. Keep it chilled, then shake individual servings with ice before pouring.
What to Serve With Green Apple Martinis
This crisp, sweet-tart martini is made for cocktail hour, so keep the pairings fun, easy, and finger-friendly.
-
Savory Nibbles – Try my cheesy French Pinwheels, a creamy Crab Rangoon Dip, or crowd-pleasing Million Dollar Dip. They’re simple to prep and disappear fast at parties!
-
Elegant Appetizers – For something a little fancier, Crab Stuffed Mushrooms and air fryer arancini are always a hit, and they pair beautifully with the bright apple flavor of this martini.
-
Sweet Little Bites – Round things out with a few Chocolate Crinkle Cookies, a slice of easy fudge, or even a slice of Pear Cobbler for a cozy finish.

Hi Kathleen!
Thank you so much for visiting and leaving such a kind comment. Allie gets so excited to see that. And now we found YOU! Can't wait to browse your blog. I am a Martini fan myself, known for my Pomegranite martinis! Nice to “meet” you!

$15! That is a good reason to invite some friends over and make any type of martini! Ooh, that actually really chaps my hide. I was a bartender and bar manager, and I can't even think of a higher end vodka that warrants that price-somebody's rent better be sky high or something…
Oh, and I'm trying to get a good picture of a drink right now, and it just isn't working! Yours is beautiful.
