I’m so happy to share my collection of tried and true strawberry recipes. I love eating them out of hand or on top of greek yogurt for breakfast, but strawberries are the star ingredient in a lot of wonderful recipes I make regularly.
When April rolls around, and strawberry stands start popping up, I’m absolutely giddy.
My Best Strawberry Recipes
I’ve always been crazy about strawberries. I remember sitting at my grandma’s kitchen table eating bowls of juicy strawberries dipped in whipped cream. She would always buy them by the flats from farm stands, not the grocery store.
We used to make strawberry preserves and slather them on biscuits. Her strawberry sauce was family famous and was perfect to spoon over ice cream, and her strawberry rhubarb pie was outta this world! I can’t tell you how much I miss that happy kitchen!
What Can I Do With A Bunch Of Strawberries?
So glad you asked! I have lots of strawberry desserts, two of my favorite salads (both with their own amazing homemade dressings), and even a couple of delicious cocktails. When it’s the strawberry season I hope you make this your go-to list for strawberry recipes!
